Montagne Saint-Emilion

Since 1998, the Château Treytins produces alsoa wine in the appelation  Montagne Saint-Emilion on gravely soil located in part on a hillside.

With an average age of about 25 years, this vineyard is planted with a large majorité of Merlot, completed by Cabernet Franc and  Cabernet Sauvignon.

Traditional Double Guyod pruning with bud removal. 

Leaf removal and crop thinning when necessary.

Harvesting at full maturity

Grapes are carrefully sorted on a vibrated table.

Long maceration in temperature-controled  stain- less steel tanks.

Long maturing  partly in oak barrels, in air conditioning cellars,.

Bottled at the château.
